2017 Student Essay Contest
We welcome all Students and Recent Alumni to participate!
Prompt: Please choose from one of two prompts:
1. What are the best reasons to reject the idea that pro-life is pro-woman? How do you address those objections?
2. What does it mean to be "pro-woman" in 2017 America? How widely is this definition shared among contemporary Americans?
Requirement: The maximum length for all submissions is 2000 words.
Recognition: The top three submissions overall, as selected anonymously by the members of CLAY, will be read by their authors during the conference, and their authors will be awarded with cash prizes (see below). Winning entries will be posted online after the conference, with the express permission of their authors.
1st Place: $250
2nd Place: $150
3rd Place: $75.

For the purposes of this contest, we will define "young alumni" as those who completed their undergraduate degree in 2015 or later.
